Project Title: Social Media Video

Tool Used in Development: Lumen5 video creation tool

Client: eRegister Express

Challenge: Create a video to post on social media to push the eRegister Express brand.

Solution: I made a short video that highlights how simple it is to use eRegister Express.

Results: The video was posted on Facebook and LinkedIn and sent new customers to the eRegister Express website.

Project Title: 5 Steps to Success with eRegister Express

Tool Used in Development: Canva graphic design tool

Client: eRegister Express

Challenge: Create a job aid that lists all the steps required for a new host manager.

Solution: Simplify the content by grouping the tasks into 5 steps. Then I creates a one-page digital and printable job aid for host managers.

Results: When new managers sign up for the eRegister Express service, they are automatically sent this form as an email attachment in their onboarding welcome email. This reduces the amount of assistance required by customer support for new host managers.

Project Title: Storyboard for Email Security

Tool Used in Development: MS PowerPoint template

Client: Human Resources Dept.

Challenge: Client requests a storyboard for an e-learning course.

Solution: The storyboard is created in the beginning of the development phase to outline the visuals, text and audio elements, interactions, navigation and anything else that will be used in the course. Above are 2 sample cards from the storyboard PowerPoint stack.

Project Title: Set Up a Registration Site on eRegister Express

Tools Used in Development: Camtasia video recording/editing software & Audacity audio recording/editing software

Client: eRegister Express

Challenge: New host managers need training in how to use the manager dashboard to set up their first online registration form.

Solution: I created a screencast video that gives an overview of the manager dashboard, and demonstrates how to set up an event and create a custom registration form.

Results: Managers are able to set up their own online registration sites, relieving customer support of this task.

Project Title: On Board with eRegister Express

Tool Used in Development: Articulate Storyline embedded in Articulate Rise 360

Client: eRegister Express

Challenge: Create an onboarding video to demonstrate how to set up a new host account on eRegister Express

Solution: I made a Storyline module with screen grabs to show the step-by-step process and highlight the manager features and options

Results: The video was embedded into a Rise course and saved to the web. The video is sent out in the welcome email for all new customer requests.

Project Title: Before & After with eRegister Express

Tools Used in Development: Audacity audio software & Powtoon animation software

Client: eRegister Express

Challenge: New host managers need training in the manager dashboard to set up their first online registration form.

Solution: Create an explainer video that identifies a customer problem and then demonstrates how the product provides a solution to this problem.

Results: This video will also serve as a problem-solution advertisement for eRegister Express.
